IVTech
It's a family of 3 different culture chambers, compatible with the size of 6, 12 or 24 plate wells. Each is characterized by an inlet and outlet to ensure tissue perfusion with a flow of culture medium. The chambers are autoclavable and reusable (up to a maximum of 10 cycles).
The Clamp system supplied with the LiveBox1 ensures the watertight closure of the system in both static and dynamic culture conditions (up to 1 mL/min).
Features:
the chambers belonging to this product family reproduce the typical seeding areas of a single well of a 6-12-24 well plate.
Removable transparent glass bottom allows:
- Real-time imaging during static/dynamic culture using inverted microscopy techniques.
- Post-processing studies, removing the slide and collecting all the attached biological material. It is therefore possible to perform tissue staining, for example, without affecting the subsequent use of the culture chamber.
Modularity: LiveBox1 can be interconnected with other cell culture chambers to mimic cross talk between tissues (multi-organ approach).
Configuration:
LiveBox1 -> a 2D/3D tissue model can be implemented using a single flow configuration. The flow lines are tangential to the cell construct on the base slide of the chamber.
