As is well-known in brewing and winemaking industries, the quantity of yeast pitched to initiate fermentation directly affects the flavor, aroma, and quality of the final product. Although yeast can be pitched by weight or volume, such methods are inexact and highly variable. The ASBC method using methylene blue method is more accurate but time consuming and subjective. Use the LUNA-II YF™ to get accurate and reproducible yeast cell counts in as little as 15 seconds. This little counter sits comfortably in a cell culture hood or on your benchtop to fit seamlessly into your workflow

UV-crosslinking system
The UV-crosslinking system hardens the structure, allowing it to be moved without losing shape. Both the INKREDIBLE and the INKREDIBLE+ are delivered with 365 nm LEDs, and the INKREDIBLE+ has a 405 nm option to extend the range of crosslinkable bioinks.
Dual printheads
The dual printheads allow you to use different cell types in the same structure without switching cartridges or pausing the bioprinting process. This makes it possible to bioprint with scaffolds enables the INKREDIBLE to produce complex structures that would otherwise collapse.
Clean Chamber Technology
CELLINK’s patented Clean Chamber Technology enables the INKREDIBLE+ to operate outside of a biological hood – creating a true desktop 3D bioprinter! With HEPA-filtered positive air pressure inside the printing chamber, you can be sure that your bioprinting is sterile.

Filters
The AMR-100 Microplate Reader comes with four standard absorbance filters:405, 450, 492, and 630nm. We
also supply custom filters at 5~9nm intervals from 340 to 750nm on request.
New fluorescence detection function
Fluorescence detection combined with fluorescence quantitative analysis kit, able to accurately quantify DNA, RNA and protein concentration through the specific binding of fluorochrome with target material, and the minimum limit is 0.5pg/u(dsDNA).
Nano-500 can be compatible with common fluorescence quantitative reagent to provide users with maximum convenience and minimum detection cost.

15 Seconds to Target
The automated cell counter LUNA II™ has integrated a novel focussing mechanism based on liquid lenses technology.
The liquid lenses do not use any mechanical moving parts to change the Z stage.
Instead, the position of the sample is rapidly obtained by the application of a small voltage to the liquid lens. The elimination of moving parts removes noise and significantly reduces the need of servicing. Even after multi-million cycles of focussing, the liquid lens does not require repair or service.

02 TISSUE-HYDROGEL HYBRIDIZATION
The X-CLARITY™ Polymerization System is a standalone, automated system developed to simplify tissue-hydrogel hybridization, a crucial step for optimal tissue clearing. 03 LIPID REMOVAL
The X-CLARITY™ Tissue Clearing System II is an all-in-one, easy-to-use solution for electrophoretic tissue clearing. Its unique design accelerates the removal of lipids from tissues while preserving the structural integrity of the sample. Clear a whole mouse brain in just 6 hours, an astounding 8 times faster than the original technology. Users can set tissue clearing conditions through a simple and intuitive touchscreen interface. In ETC (electrophoretic tissue clearing) mode, platinum-plated electrodes generate an electric field to accelerate the removal of lipids from tissues in a highly efficient manner. A built-in temperature control system actively cools and heats buffer to maintain consistent buffer temperatures during clearing. Buffer is constantly circulated to ensure consistent buffering capacity, temperature control, and elimination of tissue clearing byproducts. Dual Fluorescence
The Luna-FL™ automated cell counter from Logos Biosystems is a quantum leap for automated cell counting and cell viability analysis.
The Luna-FL™gives you sensitive and accurate live/dead cell counting results without limitations of cell types.
Unlike immortalized cell lines primary cells such as PBMCs splenocytes, neutrophils, and stem cells have been difficult to count with conventional cell counters such as coulter counter or image-based automated cell counters that utilize bright field optics.
Primary cells are often contaminated with undesirable debris, which can be confused with cells with conventional cell counters.
The Luna-FL™ is integrated with dual fluorescence microscope optics to overcome this problem.
Live/dead cells are stained with green/red fluorescence dye, and labelled cell images are analysed with accurate image analysis software

Use with larger samples (few liters)
The AmMag™ SA contains adapters for entering samples in 15 mL and 50 mL tubes. However, larger samples can be easily purified using the AmMag™ SA by simply collecting the magnetic beads from these samples after the binding step, and transferring the beads into 50 ml or 15 ml tubes. To help collect magnetic beads from larger samples, we provide the AmMag™ Wand and the AmMag™ Block.

Closed environment to minimize endotoxin contamination
The AmMag™ SA is equipped with air filters to clean incoming air, and further maintains a positive air flow through the instrument. These features prevent airborne endotoxins from entering the system and contaminating samples. To clean the instrument between runs, all tubing can be flushed and incubated for up to an hour with 0.1 N NaOH.

Complete washing and elution process automatically
After cultures have expressed the desired proteins or antibodies, magnetic beads are added to bind the targets. After this step, the cultures are transferred to 50 mL tubes and then moved to AmMag™ SA. The automated washing and elution steps purify the target proteins and antibodies from the magnetic beads.

Eliminate the need for centrifugation and filtration
The AmMag™ SA utilizes magnetic beads for purification. Since magnetic beads are free-flowing, cells and debris from cultures do not prevent them from binding target protein and antibodies. This eliminates the need to clear cultures by centrifugation and filtration prior to binding with magnetic beads.
