Quick and easy to use protein labeling kit.

The fluidiphore rapid protein labeling kit is an easy to use protein labeling kit that only needs 30 minutes incubation time and zero purification. The background effects from unbound dye are eliminated due to the absorbance wavelength shifting and an increase in quantum yield once the dye is conjugated to its binding partner, meaning no purification is required. Additionally unreacted dye is hydrolyzed during the labeling procedure.

The fluidiphore rapid amine 503 is an amine-reactive fluorescent label that once conjugated to its binding partner absorbs at 503 nm making it compatible with Fluidic Analytics' fluidity One-W instrument.

Bioprinting accessories

VASKIT

Creating thick tissue that can accommodate high cell density requires nutrient and gas exchange that is effective enough to reach every cell throughout the tissue. To accomplish this, engineers need to vascularize the tissue.

The CELLINK VasKit prints a larger primary vessel with a relatively simple geometry to enable microvasculature to develop during incubation. VasKit uses a refined method and design, allowing you to craft channeled tissues with bioinks like GelMA C and CELLINK PLURONICS. Use the included Luer adapters to easily network your construct with perfusion tubing, supporting further incubation and tissue development of emerging vasculature.

HEP X KIT

Improved in vitro liver tissue models can potentially speed up the study of disease biology and accelerate drug screening. To this end, we have developed the HEP X Kit, which includes decellularized liver extracellular matrix (ECM), a component that serves as a bioactive scaffold, or superior microenvironment, for hepatocytes to facilitate cell-to-cell and cell-to-ECM interactions. The GelMA kit offers sterile CELLINK GelMA powder and a photoinitiator, enabling you to blend your own bioink. The warm GelMA is liquid, allowing for an easy incorporation of spheroids.

COLMA SOLUTION 5 MG/ML

ColMA is a unique variation of type I collagen that has been modified with photoactive methacrylate groups, enabling it to be crosslinked in the presence of a photoinitiator. ColMA Solution contains methacrylated collagen dissolved in the acidic Reconstitution Agent A. This biomaterial is a great starting point for your 3D cell culture research, whether you are bioprinting droplets or 3D constructs. Neutralize the solution, with the help of Collagen Buffer, and you are ready to print scaffolds for tissue engineering and high-throughput screening.

ALGINATE LYOPHILIZATE

This is a new Alginate product with higher viscosity than CELLINK’s previous Alginate Kit.

Alginate is an FDA approved naturally derived polysaccharide isolated from the cell walls of brown algae. Due to its versatility, alginate is one of the most used biomaterials for applications including drug delivery and engineering of tissues such as bone or cartilage. Dissolve Alginate Lyophilizate in our Reconstitution Agent M at your target concentration to prepare your unique bioink for 3D cell culture. Alginate hydrogels are crosslinkable with our sterile Crosslinking Agent containing calcium ions.

FRESH LIFESUPPORT POWDER

LifeSupport™ by FluidForm enables bioprinting with low-viscosity bioinks to fabricate complex constructs. This sterile powder can be rehydrated using a reconstitution solution to create a support slurry consisting of compacted gelatin microparticles. This support bath facilitates bioprinting with low-viscosity bioinks with no need for thickeners or stabilizers. In this application, the support slurry is then melted away, releasing the structure. Using LifeSupport allows one to deposit bioinks in complex geometries such as tubular networks, thin walls, and overhangs.

Other advantages of the LifeSupport support bath:

Beyond the recommended reconstitution buffers, any aqueous buffer can be used to reconstitute the slurry. One can also add pH buffers, enzymes, ions and more to enable a wide range of polymer crosslinking chemistries and gelation mechanisms.
Nearly any bioink is compatible with the support slurry.
Many CELLINK bioinks have been optimized for use with the LifeSupport slurry, ask about specific bioinks you might need, including collagen, alginate, fibrin, ECM-derived bioinks, methacrylated gelatin, methacrylated hyaluronic acid and more.

BIO CONDUCTINK

CELLINK A-RGD

CELLINK A-RGD bioink offers the same 3D environment as CELLINK A bioink with an additional RGD biofunctionalization to improve cell attachment. CELLINK FIBRIN includes an enhanced crosslinking solution that uses thrombin and an ionic binding agent to develop a compound network with unparalleled stability. After crosslinking, CELLINK FIBRIN contains in situ fibrin and fibrinogen to provide a physiologically relevant wound-healing environment. Fibrin is a critical protein that appears during tissue healing because of its role in blood clotting.

GelMA FIBRIN

GelMA FIBRIN bioink is designed to provide relevant biological and mechanical signals for endothelial cells which are responsible for the formation of blood vessels. To make it possible, we added endothelial tissue-specific functionality to GelMA. With the help of fibrinogen, a glycoprotein that can be enzymatically converted to fibrin, we aim to mediate spreading of endothelial cells and proliferation of fibroblasts to mimic physiological tissue vascularization process within bioprinted GelMA constructs.

Recommended for use with BIO X temperature-controlled printhead and cooled printbed, or for use with INKREDIBLE+ and heated printhead. Not recommended for use with INKREDIBLE.

GelXA BONE

GelXA BONE is an enhanced formulation of the GelXA bioink intended for targeted cell differentiation for bone applications whether as a standalone 3D construct or in conjugation with a thermoplastic scaffold. GELXA CARTILAGE

GelXA CARTILAGE is designed to actively help chondrocytes to create and maintain cartilage tissue. It retains prolific cytocompatibility of gelatin and at the same time enables bioprinting at ambient conditions and provides mechanical versatility of crosslinking. The last feature makes it possible to adjust the stiffness of cell microenvironment to resemble harder tissue models such as cartilage. With the addition of cartilage-specific components such as hyaluronan and laminin 521, we are also able to regulate the biological microenvironment native for cartilage tissue.

GELXA FIBRIN

Based on our GelXA Bioink, GelXA FIBRIN contains fibrinogen to help you study wound-healing environments. Fibrinogen forms complex and stable networks after crosslinking. Standard Bioink

GelMA 20%

GelMA 20% has the same composition as the former product GelMA High.

GelMA is porcine gelatin functionalized with methacrylate groups. GelMA 20% is a concentrated solution at physiological pH and osmolarity, to be used as a base in bioink formulation. Dilute the GelMA solution with our Reconstitution Agent P, or mix with other additives, and use in 3D cell culture. Mixed with a photoinitiator, GelMA hydrogels are easily photocrosslinked to become stable during cell culture. Preparing your own GelMA bioink has never been quicker!

Applications

In a low concentration formulation for use with the BIO X EMD Printhead to generate microspheres
In a high concentration formulation to generate bioinks such as GelMA Bioink or blended with other additives to generate your own unique bioink.
Compatible with thickeners such as Nanofibrillated Cellulose, Xanthan Gum, and Glucomannan.

GelMA C

GelMA C combines the advantages of GelMA and nanofibrillated cellulose. This blend offers smooth printability at room temperature without temperature control, and provides fibrillar morphology to benefit specific cell types. GelMA C crosslinks quickly through photocuring and with our ionic crosslinking solution. The ink retains its shear-thinning properties in physiological conditions and provides excellent printability at low extrusion pressures using a wide range of nozzle diameters. Available with LAP photoinitiator at 0.25 percent.

Gelma A

GelMA A is a blend of GelMA and alginate, offering a larger printability window compared to pure GelMA bioinks due to the softening provided by the alginate. GelMA A can be stabilized through photocrosslinking, or through the addition of the ionic crosslinking solution. GelMA A is a shear-thinning bioink that prints at low pressures and forms filaments once deposited. Available with LAP photoinitiator at 0.25 percent.

Chitoink

Chitoink is the first ever commercialized chitosan-based bioink for 3D bioprinting. The cationic polysaccharide chitosan is derived from the naturally occurring biomaterial chitin. Chitosan forms mechanically stable hydrogels with good cell affinity and has been extensively used in research related to tissue engineering of cartilage, skin and bone. By incorporating glucomannan and a glycerol phosphate salt, Chitoink provides good printability at physiological pH, high shape fidelity, sufficient mechanical properties and biocompatibility. After bioprinting, Chitoink crosslinks easily with the included ionic TPP Crosslinking Agent.

CELLINK LAMININK 411 is an enhanced formulation of our CELLINK Bioink that supports different tissues types, including tissues from the pancreas, vascular, immune, nervous and hematopoietic systems. This bioink is a suitable base material for culturing specific cell types, including pancreatic cells and neurons. You can use the bioink for developing pancreas models and studying brain and nerve tissues. Also available with a GelXA base.

CELLINK LAMININK 121 is particularly suitable as a base material for culturing cell types including skeletal muscle, brain, kidney and liver cells. Also available with a GelXA base.

CELLINK gelatin methacrylate (GelMA) is a gelatin-based bioink that provides mammalian cells with the essential properties of their native environment. Bio Conductink is an advanced bioink derived from our GelMA SERIES of bioinks. This formulation is electrically conductive intended for use in muscular contraction and neural tissue models. Contains LAP as photoinitiator at 0.25 percent.

The printability of this bioink is temperature sensitive and therefore is recommended for use with the BIO X Temperature-controlled Printhead or the INKREDIBLE+ bioprinter system. Not recommended for use with the INKREDIBLE system
